Last Day of 2012 Flag

Happy New Year from Door County. This shot is from the last daylight of 2012. It is cool and windy, but a bright day. We had a nice relaxing day. We did nothing but sit around and visit with our friends. I took this shot on the way to our traditional New Year’s Eve concert in Fish Creek. Now we will be getting the fondue ready for our New Year’s Eve dinner. Have a great 2013!

Diet Coke Break

Relaxing with a Diet Coke before a nice evening with friends. Grilled steak, salad and twice baked potatoes await us later in the evening. We had a great day in Door County, just relaxing. Now, post my Picture-Of-The-Day, then grill the steaks and have a nice relaxing meal. Tomorrow is just another relaxing day in Door County.

Day 1082, December 26, 2012 – Back to Work

Back to Work

After a few days off because of snow, back to work today. Up at 4am, package eBay items, haul out garbage, off to start work at 7am. A busy work day, short staff, lots on vacation, customer’s attitudes not on vacation, no real lunch, get done with work, rush home, pick up Ann, drive for 1.5 hours into Milwaukee to meet with friends and have dinner. Then back home for today’s Picture-Of-The-Day. A real cloudy and dreary day today, so you get my ‘Back to Work’ face picture.

Christmas Eve Moon

Sometimes you do not need LED lights, flood lights or lights of any kind, nature provides the lighting. This Christmas Eve moonlight provides the lighting for the pin tree in front of our house. Tonight it is not the sparkle type of light that some need for Christmas, but that soft glow of the moon light.

Merry Christmas to one and all! I hope Santa is very good to you (even if you are on the naughty list!).
