Another Wisconsin Sunsest
Happy Halloween everyone. Today was work filled with lots of eBay transactions, packaging and uploading images for posting. I actually though before we left for dinner tonight that I would have to use one of the eBay item photos for today’s image. then on the way to dinner, I saw this sunset. Nice. Image capturing done.

Pinecone & Fish
Today was cool, cloudy, dreary and more or less a Fall day in Wisconsin. Not my favorite time of the year. I like sun and warmth. Leaves are falling, pinecones are falling, stuff is dying and it is cold. I did not have time to search out a good image for today. I liked the way this pinecone fell, close to the pond, but not in it, just sitting there like it was descended to be there.

My Tree & A Hawk
I have not seen a Hawk in “My Tree” for some time. Tonight on the way home after work I was lucky enough to capture both in one shot. And it was a nice day for photography with a blue sky and white clouds.

Fall Uncle
Not much tonight, too busy today with work. After work I came home to Uncle waiting for us to get home. We ran into town for a few things and dinner at Pizza Oven. Great pizza and the feeling of home.

Fall Fungi
What a great day here in Southern Wisconsin. In the 70’s, bright blue sky and just a great day to be outside. I wish it would stay like this for a few months and then warm up. With the cool weather, little is growing, but I found some fungi that is pushing up through the fall debris. Not as brilliant as yesterday’s image, but more Fall like.

Reflections
I was lucky enough to capture something different on the way home from work today. Before the clouds moved in and before darkness fell upon the area. I had a hard time deciding if the geese should be included or not. I thought they added to this image.

Newbie’s Appointment
We started off the day taking Newbie in for his annual checkup and shots. He was not happy, as you can see. We were waiting for our turn and he was trying his best to be invisible. The rest of the day was filled with running all over Madison and then yard work until dusk. After it was dark, I realized I had not captured any images other than the one of Newbie’s Appointment. So he gets to be today’s Picture-Of-The-Day in his not so fun time.

Kali Sleeping
Kali was so cute this morning as she fell asleep in her Tiger bed. She plays so hard then falls asleep and sleeps like a log.

Mums
This time of the year the color is in the leaves, yellow, brown, green and red. The rest is just brown. The Mums we have add some color back into our yard. Today it was a grey day, cloudy, rainy, gloomy and grey. When I came home, the Mums were the color in a dreary day.

Cat’s View
Today’s Picture-Of-The-Day image is from a different point of view and a different time of the day. More like a cat’s view. There is a number of interesting things about this image if you view it at full screen. There are three cat blurs or cat like ghosts in this image. The Mums are different than in the daylight, but just are beautiful. The pumpkin with the cat face looks better from this view peaking out from the Mum. And a lot of leaves fell today.
